New habitants enjoy civil rights after acquisition of National ID Card:
Right to elect: Citizens have rights to vote political candidates and parties according to one’s own will and likes.
Right to recall: the right to remove an elected official from office one year after the inauguration through a direct vote before that official's term has ended.
Political Donations : through cash or items donation to support political parties or candidates (proposed candidates)
Right of referendum: referendum for Constitution, laws, legislative principles, the laws, regulations on local autonomy and important policies.
