The purpose of 1957 Welfare Counseling Hotline is to assist families or individuals who face life challenges. By integrating services and resources provided by public and private sectors, 1957 Welfare Counseling Hotline is a means to social welfare counseling and referral services. Anyone who is in need of social welfare relevant services can receive complete services by just making one phone call.

Service Time: Daily 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Local Governments Answering Time:

1.New Taipei City: Monday to Sunday, 8.a.m to 6 p.m.

2.Changhua County: Monday to Sunday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Service Content: Provide free emergency assistance, social assistance, benefits for seniors, benefits for people with disabilities, child welfare, assistance for families in special conditions, National Pension Insurance, and various social welfare counseling and referral services.
