When new immigrants register for National Technician Skills Test, particularly for the certificate for Level C technician, such as “Chinese Culinary,” “Beauty Therapy,” “Female Hair-Dressing,” “Baby Sitting,” “Care Service,” “Food Baking-Cake,” “Food Baking-Bread,” and so on, test-takers can apply for the Mandarin Chinese read-aloud services (by listening to CDs) for paper-and-pen subject tests.
