1. In order to encourage specific objects to participate in the technical certification of technicians and work with the promotion of the new southbound policy, the Ministry of Labor has allowed specific objects to participate in the subsidy qualifications for the certification of technicians. To be more specific, foreigners or people from main land area who married with Taiwanese and receive ARC, moreover, if they meet the qualification of subsidy regulation, then they can make an application. 

2. The Ministry of Labor reminds new immigrants that those who are qualified for the verification subsidy, when registering for the technician skills verification, they should submit subsidy application as well. Once passing through the review, they don’t have to pay for the testing fees, subject test fee, technical test fee, qualification fees and certificate fees. Each subsidy project can apply for subsidy 3 times, and the subsidy is limited to one subsidy for the same category and level.

The subject test fee for skill verification, the subject test fee, the registration qualification examination fee and the license fee can be exempted. Each subsidy project can apply for a subsidy three times, and the subsidy is limited to one subsidy for the same category and level.
