On July 11, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announced that people aged 50 or older and individuals aged 18 or older who are in the ninth priority group in Taiwan can register their willingness to be vaccinated on the COVID-19 government-funded vaccination appointment reservation system starting today. Details about registration for vaccination appointments are listed below.

1.The two groups of people can begin registering their willingness to be vaccinated from today to 17:00 on July 12, and the number of people registering for vaccination appointments at the first round of registration will be calculated at 17:00 on July 12.

2.Only people who receive text messages between July 13 and July 15 can make vaccination appointments.

3.Eligible individuals will get vaccinated on July 16 at the earliest.

4.The available brand of vaccine for vaccinations in the following three weeks is the AstraZeneca vaccine.
