Ministry of Labor Encourages Unemployed Labor to Engage in Care Services

For unemployed labor who have been unemployed for more than 30 consecutive days or under involuntary separation may apply for the job registration with public employment service agencies. After being referred to the home service units or day care centers for employment for more than 30 consecutive days, eligible labor may apply for the monthly employment allowance of NT$5,000 to NT$7,000 with public employment service agencies for up to 18 months.
