In order to protect the rights of consumers, it is suggested consumers who make face-to-face transactions pay particular attention to the following:
1.Being rational consumers. Before signing a contract, be sure to request examining purchased products, and ask sellers itemize your purchases and the amounts.
2.Before thoroughly understanding the service and the detailed of products provided by the seller, do not unpack the product by yourself or authorizing the seller to unpack the product.
3.If you have any doubts or questions about the face-to-face transaction, please take advantage of the hesitation period (within seven days after signing the contract) to exercise your right of cancellation by sending out legal attest letters.
