The Health Promotion Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare provide a national toll-free maternal care counseling line (0800-870870) with Vietnamese- and Indonesian-language counseling services. Even if you call outside of the service hours, you can still ask your question via voice mail and dedicated personnel will proactively call you back to answer your question.
