If new immigrants want to establish a startup but don't know where to start, then they can participate and utilize the government's free entrepreneur courses and counseling services. These courses and services provide business trend analysis and teaches the preparations needed before establishing a startup to help people understand their direction, enhance business knowledge, and reduce risk. Eligible applicants may also apply for startup loans and interest rate subsidies.
