Joint Building and Land Tax Came Into Force on January 1, 2016

Joint building and land tax came into force on January 1, 2016. As such, personal real estate transactions should be reported to the taxing authority within 30 days. If transactions are not reported within this time period or income taxes are underreported, a fine of up to twice the amount of under reported taxes shall be made.
