Regarding the exercise or assumption of rights and obligations of minor children arising from divorce, either party or both parties may submit the agreement on the exercise and assumption of rights and obligations or the court ruling and the confirmation certificate (or the court mediation or settlement document), applicant’s ID card and seal (signature), and the household registration transcript of the children to any household registration office nationwide for applications.
In case of an application by proxy, the proxy shall submit the power of attorney, the proxy’s ID card and seal (signature). In case of an application by foreign proxy, the power of attorney verified by the local Taipei Representative Office must be submitted.
