1.Procedures

Both parties may, before or after the marriage, choose by contract one of the contractual regimes (community or separation of property regime) provided in the Civil Code as their marital property regime. Such application may be filed to our Registration Department. For detail please refer to the legal information website of the Judicial Yuan
