The Act of Assistance for Family in Hardship has been enacted to assist families in need by providing emergency care and helping them support themselves in order to enhance their quality of life. Our financial aid efforts for such families include emergency assistance for livelihood, the children living allowance, children education allowance, medical subsidy, children nursery allowance, subsidy of litigation and career development loan.
