1.Assessment and recognition of academic credentials issued by foreign universities
To follow the spirit of internationalization policies for local colleges and universities, and strengthen ties with foreign counterparts, the assessment and recognition of academic credentials along with admissions of foreign students shall be governed by Regulations Regarding the Assessment and Recognition of Foreign Academic Credentials for Institutions of Higher Education.

Overseas missions have verified that the listed universities are officially recognized by respective governments, or by approved assessment programs.
