In order to resolve the challenges facing families in hardship, provide them with emergency care, help them become self-reliance, and improve their standard of living, the Government specifically formulated the “Act of Assistance for Family in Hardship”. Assistance for family in hardship as defined in the Act includes emergency life support, child living allowance, child education subsidy, medical treatment for injuries, childcare allowance, litigation cost subsidy, and startup loan subsidy.
