There are “Overseas Health Managers” and “Overseas Consulting Doctors” who provide contagious disease prevention consultation, medical care service advisory, and health and prevention service. The services range from physical examination, care for contagious and chronic disease, medical services in the new southbound countries and Taiwan, group services in the new southbound countries, and appointment reservation.
There is a dedicated website that provides a list of recommended medial hospitals in six new southbound countries (including Indonesia, India, Philippine, Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia), a list of recommended domestic transfer medical hospitals, health education information on contagious diseases, round-trip physical examination forms, and Q&A of the center.
Exclusive hotlines (Domestic 02-23123456#66607; Overseas Skype: +886910135331; consultation time: 9 am to 5 pm daily) and email address (newsouthhealth@gmail.com ; reply within 24 hours during work days) is created for “Overseas Health Managers” and “Overseas Consulting Doctors” to provide consultation services. People who plan to travel to the new southbound countries are suggested to consult with the center at least 2 weeks before their departure which is conducive to the medical care and healthcare prevention service after the consultation.
