In the first few months after babies were born, giving babies immediate and proper response will not spoil them. You can make sure if your baby is hungry, if it is too hot or too cold for you baby, or if you baby needs diaper change. If none of these happens, you can wait for about 10 seconds and then check your baby to see if he or she can self-comfort. If not, you can go ahead and comfort your baby.
