The government provides emergency care for families in special conditions in order to solve their living programs and improve their living environment. The government enacts “Regulations for Assistance for Families in Special Conditions,” which includes life emergency assistance, subsidized living costs for children, subsidized educational costs for children, subsidized medical treatment, subsidized child day care service, subsidized legal aid, and startup loans.
