IFI Network accompanies you through every day of each year, helping people in need to improve their abilities and find their new directions! This year, a brand new mascot, “Belle,” will watch over everyone. In order to give Belle a brilliant debut in 2024, you will design a new occupational role for it with a new outfit. Come to this Activity to have fun painting it! You will win a chance to have a lucky draw in participation!

1. Activity: New Immigrants Have Fun Painting Together – Belle Changes into a New Outfit

2. Time:

(1) Activity Schedule: December 19, 2023 to January 31, 2024

(2) Lucky Draw Date: Before February 7, 2024

(3) Announcement Date of the Winners List: Before February 20, 2024

(4) Prize Collection Date: March 2, 2024 (on-site prize collection at large-scale events)

3. Organizer and Operating Unit:

4. Activity Content:

(1) The participators download the Belle line drawings (JPG or PDF files, and please choose one within those three styles) from IFI Network, and print them on paper or color them online. Please color Belle’s outfits, transform it into different occupational roles, and upload the finished drawings to this Activity platform.

(2) When uploading your drawings, please leave a message for IFI Network, such as thanks and blessings to IFI Network, IFI Network’s influence on you, the relationship between you and IFI Network, and so on. There is no certain content, but you must leave a message more than ten words.

(3) Those who fulfill the above criteria will be eligible for the lucky draw. The lucky draw will be publicly and fairly held at the National Immigration Agency and the winners will be invited to the 2024 annual event to receive their prizes.

5. Activity Themes and Restrictions

(1) The artwork should be colored on the mascot Belle line drawing. The main purpose is to design a new look for Belle, customizing it with an occupational role, and you can freely create artworks on other blanks of your drawing without covering up the main body of Belle.

(2) The title of your drawing should be filled with the name of your artwork. Please leave a message to IFI Network about your drawing caption with more than ten words, and those who have not left a message or have not reached the word numbers will be regarded as not conforming to the themes of this Activity.

6. Participation Steps:

(1) Go to this Activity webpage and download the coloring line drawing of Belle

(2) After printing it out on paper or coloring online, please change Belle into a costume with occupational characteristics.

(3) Go to this Activity platform, fill in the name of your artwork after uploading your drawing, and leave your blessings and thanks to IFI Network in your drawing caption with more than ten words.

9. Notice:

(1) Only add a friend @LINE to participate in the lucky draw, and each LINE account has only one chance to win.

(2) If the winners do not meet the themes of this activity after review, the organizer has the right not to provide the prize.

(3) The organizer has the right to delete any inappropriate artworks and descriptions.

(4) The physical prize delivery area for this activity are limited to Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu only.

(5) Any abusive, negative, or malicious words will not be counted for the eligibility of the lucky draw.
