The Taoyuan City Postpartum Depression Counseling Program was officially launched on May 10, 2023.

To help postpartum women adjust their mood and relieve their stress, we offer this program to accompany them through their low times.

The program is designed to help postpartum women cope with the arrival of a new baby and a new life ahead. The targets and contents of the subsidy are as follows:

1. Target autience: women within 6 months after their delivery who are either by themselves or their spouses are domiciled in Taoyuan City. 

2. Subsidy content:

(1) Postpartum depression screening: assist postpartum women to undergo their depression screening.

(2) Psychological counseling: subsidies with NT2,000 per individual counseling session, NT4,000 per partner counseling session, and a maximum of NT8,000 per person.

(3) Traditional Chinese Medicine care: a subsidy with NT1,200 per consultation and up to NT4,800 per person.
