1. Unemployed new immigrants participate in the vocational training courses of the Workforce Development Agency, and their training expenses will be fully subsidized.

2. If a new immigrant is unemployed, he/she should be consulted and recommended by a public employment service agency to participate in the training or selected and enrolled by a vocational training unit. The nature of the training is full-time vocational training, and he/she may apply for vocational training according to regulations during the training period living allowance, it is 60% of the monthly basic salary announced by the Ministry of Labor.
