On August 7, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) pointed out that COVID-19 government-funded vaccination appointment reservation system will be open to members of the public who registered their willingness to receive the Moderna vaccine before 12:00 on July 19 and are aged 53 to 54 in the ninth priority group, totaling about 57,000 people newly included in this round of booking appointments; such eligible recipients can schedule an appointment for their first shot from 16:00 on August 7 to 12:00 on August 9. Vaccine will be offered to them between August 11 and August 17.
