New immigrant children may participate in up to one animation DIY activity at Fuzhong 15 for free by presenting their ID documents (such as household registration transcript, ID card, or resident certificate). Up to 30 new immigrant children are allowed in every session.
Time: September 1 to October 31, 2017 (every weekend, 13:00-16:00)
