1. The implementation of "One Fixed Day Off and One Flexible Rest Day" has been confirmed. For every seven days, there will be one fixed day off and one flexible rest day

2. National holidays have been made consistent nationwide

3. Overtime pay for work on rest days has been increased

4. Special leave for junior workers has been increased

5. If special leave is not completely used, employers shall provide in-lieu wages
