1. Visit the Skill Evaluation Center of Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor（http://www.labor.gov.tw） and download the Skill Test Brochure. The Center also provides related test reference materials, old test questions, and more.
2. Visit the ePlus website of the National Development Council to obtain related skill test information.
3. Call the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor's free consultation line or relevant test service lines (04-2259-5700).
4. Go to a convenience store and purchase a skill test brochure and application form.
