Elementary school supplementary education has no eligibility requirements. Participants need to be at least 12 years old. Schools shall assign participants into suitable grade classes based on their grades in the assignment examinations or documentation such as adult basic education certificates.
To enroll in junior high school supplementary education, participants need to be at least 15 years of age and have graduated from elementary school, passed the qualification examination after self-study, or have equivalent academic qualifications.
