Physical Checkups and Mental Health Measures for Immigrant Women by the New Taipei City Government

I. Physical checkups for immigrant women
The Public Health Department of the New Taipei City Government provides Pap smear tests (or Pap tests) and chest X-ray checkups in response to major health problems observed in this population. Women aged 30 or above may undergo the Pap test for free once every year.
Services are available at the public health centers at the 29 districts of New Taipei City.
II. Mental Health Measures for Immigrant Women
We provide brief symptom rating scale (BSRS-5) sheets in four languages (Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai, and Burmese) for immigrant women to measure their emotional well-being. Free counseling services are available at:
1.Community mental health centers in New Taipei City
2.Public health centers in New Taipei City
