Ministry of Labor’s “Labor Advisory and Complain Hotline 1955” provides national and foreign workers, employers, and the general public a 24-hour and bilingual (including Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese, and English) hotline that provides advice regarding laws and regulations of labor and complaints about the damaged rights. All cases are kept confidential in accordance with Administrative Procedure Law and other related regulation after they are accepted.
