To serve and help new immigrants adjust themselves to Taiwan’s custom and culture as soon as possible, Kaohsiung City Southern New Immigrant Center for Learning organizes and hosts adult basic education courses for foreign spouses, new immigrant life counseling courses, new immigrant parenting education courses, multicultural events related to holidays and festivals, and education counseling service for new immigrants’ children.
