Child Rearing Subsidy for Families Unemployed Parents

One or both of parents (regardless of nationality) who are unemployed due to taking care of 0- to 2-year-old infants (with the nationality of Republic of China) and whose combined income does not reach the 20% income tax rate can receive NTD $2,500 subsidy for each child per month.

Applicants with children who complete a birth registration or household registration within 60 days after they were born can receive subsidy starting from the month of the child’s birth.
