After receiving your vaccination shots keep the COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card safe

1. After being vaccinated individuals are still required to wear a face mask, wash their hands thoroughly and keep their COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card safe
2. After receiving your first vaccination shot and before receiving the second, if you lose your COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card ask the original vaccination administering agency to provide a replacement (yellow card).
