Regulation on mask purchases for foreigners in Taiwan

Regarding the case of whether people from China, Hong Kong and Macao can hold an entry permit to purchase masks, the 5th Working Conference of the Materials Preparation Group of the Central Epidemic Situation Command Center 109.3.27 confirmed that “outsiders holding entry and exit permits can purchase masks”.

Foreigners can purchase the mask with the following certificates:

1. National Health Insurance (NHI) Card

2. Alien Resident Certificates (ARC)

3. Entry/Exit Permit
