SurveysA Survey on Immigrants’ Internet Connectivity點閱:303Internet connectivity plays a pivotal role in immigrants’ access to information and their children’s education. Therefore, the National Development Council surveys immigrants’ access to information every three years. The aim is to examine the differences in Internet connectivity among immigrants, as well as the degree of heterogeneity in their families’ web connectivity. The results are presented as a reference for the policy-making at the governmental level to bridge the digital divide between immigrants and locals, and to create equal “digital opportunities.”
