Consumer Dispute Counseling and Means to File Complaints

When you confront consumer dispute, Taichung City Government Consumer Service Center will provide you with answers to your inquiries. Dial 1950 (paid call) through your cell phone or landline phone in Taichung City, there will be a specialist to help you. If you want to file a complaint, you can do it online (http://www.consume.taichung.gov.tw/), at the office (Customer Service Center), or through fax (04-2225909).
