Proof of Vaccination Received in the Foreign Countries Should Be Provided for Local Public Health Center where the Household Registration Is Established for Record Entry.

Parents of children who were born in foreign countries but established their household registration in Taiwan before turning 6 years old should provide proof of vaccination received in the foreign countries for public health centers located at the same place as the children’s household registration for record entry, and meanwhile, apply for Children’s Health Booklet to facilitate the follow-up immunization in Taiwan.

Even though having Children’s Health Booklet in Taiwan, parents have to provide immunization information for public health centers located at the same place as the children’s household registration for record entry if their children receive the vaccination in foreign countries. Let’s support each other to keep our children healthy.
