“1966 Long-term Care Service Hotline” is established by MOHW for quick access to Long-term Care Information. The call is free of charge for the first 5 minutes. Specialist is dispatched to your house once you have a qualified situation for evaluation. A scheme of long-term care service best suit your needs is provided accordingly.

To apply service for target outside your location, dial 1966 and follow the instruction of voice menu to choose language, service location and its administrative region.

Service Hours: 08:30-12:00, 13:30-17:30 Monday to Friday
