The Division of Welfare Services for Child Care, Social Welfare Department of New Taipei City Government provides on-site guidance on child care, including bathing, feeding, food preparation, nursing, and first aid skills, for households that are registered and reside in New Taipei City, have a child aged 0 to 6, and have the need for guidance on child care in order to help these families maintain a sound living environment and learn knowledge of child care and parent-child communication skills.
