Answered by professional social workers, 113 Protection Hotline is supported by 7 languages including Chinese, Taiwanese, English, Vietnamese, Thai, Khmer, and Indonesian to provide new immigrants with 3-way calling.

2. Emphasis on "1 number, 1 window, 3 services" (domestic violence, child protection, sexual assault and sexual harassment).

3. Keep the reporter and the case's personal information completely confidential.
