In line with the policies proposed by Ministry of Education’s life education and Ministry of Health and Welfare’s suicide prevention to strengthen teenagers’ concept of cherishing life and reducing suicide and self-inflicted injuries, all levels of schools continue to assist in promoting the concept by using the LED electronic marquee with the words, “Ministry of Health and Welfare Provides 24-hour Free Counseling (Comforting Hotline 0800-788-995; Please Help Me)!” The general public is encouraged to use it and promote the skills of “Cherishing Life Gatekeeper: 1. Ask; 2. Respond; 3. Transfer.”
