“Mandatory Provisions to be Included in and Prohibitory Provisions of Standard Form Contract for Cord Blood Storage” is promulgated by Ministry of Health and Welfare in order to reduce disputes between cord blood banks and consumers. Operators are obliged to inform and explain mandatory Provisions that are included in and prohibitory provisions.
