Ms. Chen Ailing, who has been studying spices for more than ten years, blends Southeast Asian spices with local agricultural products, and introduces Southeast Asian culture with cooking. The lecture will take spices as the starting point, from the characteristics and origins of spices, the dialogue between famous Southeast Asian dishes and spices, and the localization of spices, to have a journey of understanding spices and Southeast Asian culture.
