The Health Promotion Administration (HPA) is promoting prenatal testing subsidies so that pregnant new-immigrant women without National Health Insurance can receive regular checkups to safeguard the health of the mother and fetus.

Pregnant new-immigrant women can apply for the subsidy at local public health centers with the original copy of their household registration and ARC or traveling document.
