People from Mainland China shall submit the credentials of educational background (diploma or study certificate) verified by the notary office of Mainland China and a copy of notarization certificate, a copy of the consistency certificate issued by the notary office of Mainland China and verified by the institution set up or designated or private organization authorized by Executive Yuan, and the alien residence certificate (ID card) to the competent authority in charge of education in the place where the household registration is made for accreditation of the credentials.
