The Veteran Affairs Council has launched a series of projects to offer more employment opportunities to veterans and veterans’ families (including immigrant members) to foster their career growth. Another goal is to follow the spirit of the “job placement” policy in response to the country’s workforce demand for economic development. Oriented towards “employment referral” and “business start-up guidance,” current projects include local job matching services, business start-up seminars, job evaluations and consultation, a complete network of job matching services, and more. We aim to help veterans and their families obtain financial stability and contribute to society by securing more employment and startup opportunities.
