The courses offered at the Labor College are designed according to the development of the job market and industrial policies. Laborers who work or have registered residency in Taichung City may take courses in the following fields: labor education, languages, computer training, management, applied life science and industry development.
Laborers are encouraged to acquire new knowledge in order to keep pace with society, improve competiveness and devote themselves to lifelong learning. That way, laborers may be better prepared for the job market and contribute to an improved workforce, which in turn enhances the industrial competence for a prosperous society.
