Introduction to the International Business Administration and International Trade Programs on Southeast Asian Languages

The Bureau of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Economy has commissioned TAITRA to conduct the “Southeast Asian Language Training in International Business Administration and International Trade Programs” in 2015 based on the demand for talents specialized in Southeast Asian languages. These programs include:
1.Vietnamese and Indonesian courses are added to the two-year SOE programs. Trainees can learn skills in business English, economy and trade. They will also be sent to Vietnam or Indonesia to undergo 10-month language training. Job matching with enterprises will be arranged after graduation.
2.Recruit R.O.C citizens with intermediate Vietnamese or Indonesian skills for the one-year SOE programs. Students will be trained in Taiwan to learn business English, economy and trade. Job matching with enterprises will be arranged after graduation.
3.Job matching services will be arranged for the aforementioned trainees after graduation. They can register, post resumes and use online job matching services. The program is expected to cultivate talents required by companies, which can then tap into the Southeast Asian market more effectively.
